For its insistence that POD publishers use its own POD service or be denied listing on the Amazon site? Isn't monopoly still illegal in this country?

Will from Goodreads points out that monopoly is not strictly illegal.
We do have antitrust laws, though, that prohibit practices such as this, known as "refusal to deal."
